These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Horizon Consulting website located at horizonconsulting.online (the "Site"), as well as any purchases you make through us. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read these Terms in full, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Horizon Consulting is an independent retailer specialising in printer supplies, toner cartridges, ink, keyboards, and related technology accessories. We operate solely as a reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to HP Inc., Seiko Epson Corporation, Brother Industries Ltd., Canon Inc., or any other original equipment manufacturer (OEM) whose branded products may appear on our Site. All third-party brand names, model numbers, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of product identification and compatibility reference.
To place an order you may check out as a guest or register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@horizonconsulting.online if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or have been inactive for an extended period.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent. Corporate accounts created for purchasing on behalf of a business entity are permitted; however, the individual creating the account warrants that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
All products listed on our Site are offered subject to availability. While we endeavour to keep stock information accurate and up to date, inventory levels can change rapidly. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly by email and offer you the choice of: (a) a full refund to your original payment method; (b) a suitable substitute product of equal or greater value; or (c) a backorder where the item is expected to return to stock within a reasonable timeframe.
Product images displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance from images shown, particularly with respect to packaging, colour representation, and included accessories. Descriptions are provided in good faith based on information available to us; however, we recommend consulting the manufacturer's official documentation for detailed technical specifications.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer or per household, to refuse service to any individual, and to discontinue any product without prior notice.
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable federal and state taxes where required by law. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout and displayed prior to order confirmation.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. However, the price you are charged will always be the price displayed on the Site at the time you complete your order. In the event of a pricing error — including situations where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price — we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sale prices are subject to individual terms and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods at the stated price. You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after placing your order; this email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance of your order — and formation of a binding contract between you and Horizon Consulting — occurs only when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, errors in product or pricing information, failure of payment authorisation, or shipping restrictions to your location.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway using SSL/TLS encryption. Horizon Consulting does not store, access, or retain your full card number, CVV, or any other sensitive payment data on our servers.
By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorised to use the payment method; (b) the payment information you provide is true and accurate; and (c) you will pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
For cash on delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery in the exact amount invoiced. We are unable to provide change. Failure to pay at delivery may result in the order being returned and future COD privileges being revoked.
We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value orders or orders we deem to carry an elevated risk of fraud. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in cancellation of the order.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Horizon Consulting or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site; use automated tools (including scrapers, crawlers, or bots) to extract data; frame or mirror any part of the Site without express written consent; or reverse-engineer any proprietary software or algorithms used on the Site.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as circumstances permit.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Horizon Consulting with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements on the same subject matter.
